Grant Simon is a 25-year real estate licensee and three time recipient of Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association’s (ORRA) Educator of the Year.
As the president of First Florida Home Loans, Grant brings his knowledge and expertise to both teaching and course writing. He has been a staff instructor for the Florida Association of REALTORS® (FAR) teaching GRI courses and is the past President of the Central Florida Mortgage Bankers Association.
He graduated “with Honors” from the University of Florida and is the President of First Florida Home Loans, a correspondent lender serving the entire state of Florida.
Grant has written for the Orlando Sentinel and hosted talk radio shows. Kudos include the 2002 Retail Originator of the Year award by the Mortgage Bankers Association of Central Florida.
