About Kim 

Kim Bell was born in New York, and has been a resident of Florida since 1972. She began her real estate career in 1992 selling and listing real estate, appraising for tax purposes and then began private fee appraising in 1998. Her experience includes all aspects of residential real estate sales, some commercial real estate sales and residential real estate appraisals. Kim has been teaching real estate appraisal classes since 2014. She has been working in Volusia and Flagler counties since 1998 and began her appraisal business in 2003 while continuing to be a top producing real estate agent with one of the largest family owned real estate companies in Volusia County.

Kim is a Florida real estate broker, prior Certified Florida Evaluator, a HUD approved Realtor, an FHA/HUD Approved Appraiser, Graduate of the Realtor Institute and prior Certified Residential Specialist as well as a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser (RD3617). And, most recently has been approved as a member of Florida Realtors® Faculty in 2016.

Kim is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors, Flagler Beach Association of Realtors, News Smyrna Beach Association of Realtors and the West Volusia Association of Realtors. She has been co-chair of the Education Committee at the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors, and a prior member of the Technology Committee, the MLS Committee, Attorney-Realtor committee, Grievance Committee and a Business Partner. Kim was also involved with the local Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors and a member of the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors Honor Society from 2009 to 2013.

Consistently going through the ups and downs of the changeable market throughout the years enables Kim to bring relevance to the information she delivers in her classes. Her primary goal for each class is to inspire everyone who attends to leave knowing at least one new fact so that they can expand their knowledge base and participate in smoother transactions.
