Help Your Client Understand Credit
This is a 2 hour CE - classroom format only.
Benefit to Realtor: Clients often start the homebuying conversation with the Realtor. Realtors need to be able to understand the basics of credit and have a powerful overview of what aspects aƯect approval, what is needed for standard loan approvals, and how to converse with their clients about the basics during their consultation prior to introducing them to a financing expert.

This is a 2 hour CE program approved for BOTH classroom and ZOOM formats.
Benefit to Realtor: Ability to anticipate possible roadblocks and create solutions to avoid pitfalls during the purchase and financing process.
Renovation Loan Basics for Real Estate Professionals
This is a 2 hour CE program - classroom format only.
Benefit to Realtor: Working with limited inventory can feel very difficult for buyers. Understanding the basics and benefits of renovation loans can help the agent present additional homes that would possibly not be considered before. This can also provide listing agents with a basic understanding of renovation loans and feel more comfortable accepting those offers knowing the current condition of the property will not be a hindering
factor in financing.
NON CE Program:
Personality Based Marketing.
This non-CE program can be taught live or virtual.
Benefit to Realtor: Ability to convert more leads and prospects by understanding their personality and communication needs. Does your client need direct communication? Do they need to like you before they can trust you? Do they make decisions from their head or their heart? By being able to identify traits of our clients, we can better serve them by providing communication in a way that is best for them. This means happier clients that feel heard and cared for and more transactions that make it to a successful and satisfying closing!
