From a Student...

As an investor in a very competitive market, I need as much information and insight as possible  to help me make a buying decision that will result in maximum profits.   That's why I took Pat's  De-Mystifying the Appraisal Process class.  I wanted to know what appraisers are looking for, how the process works from the inside and how I could use that information to evaluate potential buys.   I walked away with several nuggets of information that I now have in my toolbox that will help shape those  decisions.    Pat's willingness to offer assistance.  even after the class had ended, was very valuable.    --John Eastman, Exit Realty Champions
