Beverly is a native of Jamaica, West Indies. Her career began in New York and later led her to the Washington D.C area. She came to Orlando in August 1983. Beverly has been involved in real estate for 25 years. Since her involvement, she has acquired many designations in the Real Estate industry including ABR, CRS, GRI, LTG, PMN, SRES and is also becoming a Broker. Beverly is the Broker/Owner of Beverly Pindling Real Estate Services.

● Beverly was the 2006 President of Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association (ORRA); she is the first minority to be elected to that position in the 84 years of its existence.

● She is a member of the Board of Directors for Florida Association of REALTORS® (FAR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).

● Beverly has been a State licensed instructor for 11 years and ranks as one of the Institute of Florida Real Estate Careers, Inc. (IFREC) Top Instructors. She is also regarded as one of the

Florida Association of REALTORS® (FAR) top instructors.

● Beverley was given the highest esteemed honor bestowed on an Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association (ORRA) member; “2007 REALTOR® of the Year” award.

● She is an Honorary Teacher with Rock Springs and Phyllis Wheatley Schools.

● Beverly is also a graduate of Leadership Orlando and a Feed the Children and Hale House For Children Partner.

Beverly’s education includes attending New York University, and later graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree (BS) in Marketing and International Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey.

Beverly’s greatest joys are her daughter Erika and her grand-daughter Brandee. She enjoys spending what little spare time she has traveling and going to fine restaurants with them.
