About Rod:

Rod has presented programs for both the Florida Association of Realtors Convention as well as the Wisconson Association of Realtors, entitled, "A Meeting of the Minds: Your Secret Weapon in a Tough Market". He also developed a one-day training program for instructors called, "It's All In Your Head." Rod also serves as a GRI instructor for Kansas as well as teaching pre-licensing and leadership skills.

In addition to collegiate coursework related to psychology and learning theory, Rod has completed Kolbe Specialist Certification (and certification renewal) wherehe was taught how to help business professionals maximize their productivity, communicate more effectively, and better serve their customers through an understanding and utilization of their unique instincts. He has presented courses in this specific discipline to Real Estate Professionals from more than fifteen states, and have served as a consultant to real estate brokers, sales associates, and assistants in five states.
