Tony was born in Falmouth, Cornwall, England and is Broker/Owner of Portside Properties, Inc., located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (near W. Palm Beach). His independently owned and operated company was established in 1981 and has been successful serving the Palm Beaches in Residential, Commercial and International business. His firm has successfully serviced foreign nationals from England, Scotland, S. Africa, Canada, South & Central America and the U.S. Territories, to name a few.
Tony also owns a real estate school and teaches real estate around the world through “Tony Macaluso Seminars.” He has been a speaker for franchises and state conventions including the National Association of REALTORS® and National Women’s Council of REALTORS®. He is an instructor for Graduate REALTORS® Institute in Florida, Georgia, Washington, Oregon and Wisconsin and a Certified International Property Specialist Instructor around the nation. Tony has facilitated “Leadership Conferences” for many local associations and Florida Association of REALTORS® (FAR) Districts, and for the Florida State Association. Because of his extensive real estate knowledge, he is often called upon as an expert witness in court cases.

Tony is a licensed real estate instructor, holds a Florida Mortgage Brokers license, and teaches around the world in locations such as Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Ukraine, Russia, Armenia, Hungary and the Czech Republic, Korea, Republic of Georgia and more. He is approved through NAR to teach the following Certified International Residential. He is approved to teach the ‘Performance Management Network’ (PMN) designation courses for National Specialists (CIPS) 1 and 2-day curriculum: Int’l Real Estate for Local Markets, Europe, The Americas, Middle East & Africa Women’s Council of REALTORS®: The Business of My Business, Effective Negotiating Skills, & Harnessing the Power.
Tony served as 2008 National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Chairman of the International Operations Committee. He introduced the idea of a “Retirement Card” classification for the United States, which was approved by the 2006 NAR Board of Directors for legislative action by the organization. He has been invited to submit his name to assist in the rebuilding of Iraq when the time is right. He resides in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, with his wife and children.
