Heather Grimes is the Broker/Owner for International Real Estate Company (IRECO) and a licensed instructor/owner for Heather Grimes Real Estate School. Heather has served as a F.A.R Director for the past 4 years on committees such as Professional Standards, Business Forms, Affordable Housing, MLS Practices, and Professional Development. On a local level, Heather trains on Real Estate and at her local association serves as chairperson of the Broward President’s Council. She is the President-Elect for the Women’s Council of Realtors and the 2009 CRS Chair for the Public Relations and Sponsorship Committee. Heather belongs to 13 Realtor Associations and 10 MLS’ throughout Florida. She also conducts webinars via the internet.

Heather is also a member of Walk the Talk Presentations and The Speaker’s Group. The Speaker’s Group is made of professionals who volunteer their time to educate the community. She provides services that include workshops, lectures and individual consultations. She holds several N.A.R. designations including the ABRM, CRS, GRI, ITI, and TRC and is currently working towards her CPM and CIPS.
