About Jolita:

Jolita (Jo) Brazzano is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, Community Association Manager and Instructor.  She has over 14 years of experience in teaching real estate tools and principals and has taught over 30 classes in Pre-and Post-Licensing (Sales Associate and Broker) as well as Continuing Education Courses through Florida Realtors and her own real estate school.

She retired from the U.S. Navy after 20 years of honored service and also spent time as an Executive Assistant for a Global Paper Company before moving to Florida and taking on various roles in real estate support before earning her real estate license in 2005.

Jolita has certifications in At Home With Diversity(AHWD), e-PRO, Resort and Second Property Specialist(RSPS); has Designations as Graduate REALTOR® Institute(GRI) and Senior Real Estate Specialist(SRES).  She also has a Transnational Referral Certification (TRC) through World Properties and a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) through the Communities Association Managers International Certification Board.  Jolita further has a Master Degree in Adult Education.

These educational specialties and her background in real estate and Community Association Management have helped Jolita to provide a professional understanding of a variety of aspects involved in real estate services that she brings into the classroom for all of her students to learn from and assist in understanding intricate details about the real estate business during educational sessions.

Jolita has written several courses for real estate continuing education over the years (one of which is this highly acclaimed and recently updated Community Association Course for REALTORS® and CAMS) and is currently working to combine CE’s for Community Managers who also work as real estate professionals in the field.
