Chuck Bonamer (chuck@trans-equity.com or    941-497-3030   ) is the president of TRANS-EQUITY, Inc., Realtors®. His brokerage firm renders litigation support and lecture services to the brokerage and law industries. He was awarded the Top Instructor Award for At Home With DiversityK by the National Association of Realtors®. He has repeatedly taught the course for NAR, including the Annual Conventions in San Francisco and Washington, DC. He conducts more At Home With Diversity courses than any other instructor.

Chuck’s courses are consistently the top rated presentations at state conventions from Alaska to Puerto Rico, including the Florida Association of Realtors® Annual Conventions in Orlando. He writes and lectures in Florida, Washington, Oklahoma, Puerto Rico, Louisiana, South Carolina, Nevada, Wisconsin, Montana, New York, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Idaho and Alaska. He is also a Certified National Association of Realtors® One America facilitator, sponsor and instructor for Train-the-Trainer sessions. He has written courses for the Louisiana Real Estate Commission and Louisiana Association of Realtors® and GRI courses for many states, including Florida.

Chuck, past-president of the Florida Real Estate Educators Association, chaired the Professional Standards Committee, Grievance Committee and the Professional Development Committee of the Venice Area Board of Realtors®. He serves as Mediator and chair of the Grievance Committee at his board. An Honors graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Chuck was Realtor® of the Year of the Venice Board. He holds the ITI, GRI and CRB designations.

He trains many of the Grievance and Professional Standards Committees throughout Florida. Chuck is also a member of the Venice (FL) Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors®. Active with the Florida Association of Realtors®, he served as Chair of the FAR Technology Committee and the Business and Technology Forum, and conducted interboard-arbitration hearings. He is ITI (Instructor Training Institute) Certified by NAR for both course writing and presentation skills. His articles appear in Communique, Real Estate Today, Issues andand other publications.
